We strive to provide reliable SMS delivery services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Purchased SMS credits are generally non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon message submission, regardless of final delivery status to the recipient.
If your payment is processed but credits are not added to your account due to a system error, contact us within 7 days for a refund or credit adjustment. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Messages may fail to deliver due to recipient phone being off, out of coverage, invalid numbers, or carrier restrictions. These failures are not eligible for refunds as the SMS credits are consumed upon submission to the carrier network.
To request a refund, email payments@dreamguys.africa with your account details and transaction reference. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
